If you are having issues with your Mac laptop like not being able to connect to the Internet, you will need to uninstall Sophos . Click here for instructions on how to uninstall the software.

Secondary Teachers: There is a revised plugin that must be downloaded and installed in your Easy Grade Pro Plug-ins folder BEFORE uploading grades to the http://chinoegpdotnet/ChinoEGP.NET website for progress reports. Your grades WILL NOT upload correctly without this new plugin! We appreciate your patience as we are doing our best to simplify the entire gradebook process. Click here for instructions.

AFTER DOWNLOADING THE PLUG-IN, YOU WILL NEED TO RE-IMPORT YOUR STUDENTS. Their course data is tied to their names and the student data will need to be updated in your gradebook for it to upload to AERIES/ABI.

Edusoft is not working properly in Safari on Mac computers. The scrolling bar doesn't work. You can use the arrow keys to go down through the list. Firefox and Camino work fine.

Elementary teachers:  If you do not enter in email addresses for your students, you may disregard this announcement. HOWEVER, if you DO type in parents' emails, you will need to follow these directions. The problem is that the AERIES import of your student data overwrites the email field so if you update your student list, it will remove data in the email fields unless you download this plug-in. Click here to update to the latest version of EGP. Click the Downloads button at the top of the page and scroll to the bottom under the Update software section. Select either Windows or Mac.

Our virus software has switched from Sophos to LANDesk. ALL computers, laptops and desktops, that are Windows-based will need to have Sophos removed and LANDesk installed.If you have a Windows machine and still have the Sophos blue shield,  click for the pdf with the instructions.

If you already have a yellow icon with a > (greater than) sign in the lower right corner of your screen, your computer has been updated already and you can disregard this announcement.
