The Technology Department is responsible for enhancing and maintaining the District's computers and related systems including the data network, servers and data storage, and audio-visual equipment, and for providing high quality staff development in the effective use of technology.
Announcements  Safari Montage is Here!What is it? A digital media library full of educational videos. Search for videos and play them instantaneously on your computer. Simply log into the website http://cvmedia.chino.k12.ca.us (also linked under "Staff" on your webpage. *Websites for Cal Aero and Hidden Trails are found under "Links" on their school pages.) Select your site from the drop-down menu, type your network/email credentials (first name space last name and password). Click here to download handout and here for video tutorials.
 Email CleanupIn mid-June, all email in your Inbox and Sent items folder that is older than 3 months will be deleted. Handouts to assist with archiving are located in the Email/Virus Resources folder on the right.
Also, items older than 1 week old will be removed from your Deleted Items folder on an ongoing basis. ERROR MESSAGE: Unable to determine profile IDSince SchoolFusion's most recent update, some teachers haven't been able to join students to their classes. When clicking "here" to accept/reject members, an "Unable to determine profile ID" error appears. To resolve this, login and click on the Activate FusionTools link in the left menu below the thumbnail calendar. Then, click "Save" in the next window and you're done.   Attention Mac Users!If you are having issues with your Mac laptop like not being able to connect to the Internet, you will need to uninstall Sophos . Click here for instructions on how to uninstall the software.
