The Technology Department is responsible for enhancing and maintaining the District's computers and related systems including the data network, servers and data storage, and audio-visual equipment, and for providing high quality staff development in the effective use of technology.
Announcements  Attention All Teachers!Please login to SchoolFusion and delete your old grades from past terms. Click on Reports in the left menu area and then Online Grades. There, you will find a Delete All of my Courses link at the bottom. (You must click on the Courses tab at the top to see this link.)
 Illuminate loginsWe are noticing an issue with logins not working for Illuminate on some computers. Please make sure you run all your Microsoft Updates and restart your computer. http://www.update.microsoft.com/
 Mac LionTeachers, the district's version of Easy Grade Pro does NOT work with Mac Lion 10.7. If you have a personal Mac with Lion and wish to use EGP, you'll need to purchase a license for EGP 4.1. Click here for information.
 F50 document cameraUPDATE: When your F50 document camera is connected to your computer using the USB cable, some buttons on your camera may not respond. To fix that, make sure the small switch on the left side of the camera is on PC, not USB. When you want to record to a flash drive, switch it back to USB. For Illuminate and daily use, the blue light on the top next to PC should be lit. If using the AVer software, the following buttons on the camera will not work since they are controllable within the software: recording, cap/del, and playback.

Grade reporting timelinesSecondary and Elementary timelines for grade reporting are posted in the Grades and ABI Information folder on the right of the Technology Support page on the Intranet. Go to Staff then Intranet. Login and go to Technology Support.

 Easiteach software/eno boardsFor those of you with eno boards, we found some websites you might like:

Click HERE for an eno board tip sheet. If you already installed the NextGen software (principals have the DVD copy), click on Activities for a folder FILLED with great lessons. If you click on the Polyvision folder in your menu bar, click on help for a detailed pdf on how to use your eno and troubleshooting. A digital media library full of educational videos. Search for videos and play them instantaneously on your computer. Simply log into the website http://cvmedia.chino.k12.ca.us (also linked under "Staff" on your webpage. *Websites for Cal Aero and Hidden Trails are found under "Links" on their school pages.)  Attention Mac Users!If you are having issues with your Mac laptop like not being able to connect to the Internet, you will need to uninstall Sophos . Click here for instructions on how to uninstall the software.
